Anouck Drent

Mijn naam is Anouck Drent en ik woon met mijn partner Martijn en drie kinderen Finn, Kian en Elena in Oosterhout.

Na een hele tijd yogalessen te hebben gevolgd en een Reiki 1 opleiding te hebben afgerond, ben ik drie jaar geleden gestart met mijn Yin en Yang opleiding 200 uur. Deze heb ik in 2021 afgerond.

Na ervaring te hebben opgedaan met het lesgeven in zowel Yin als Yang-yoga, gaat mijn voorkeur momenteel uit naar Yin.
